Mogilev Informational Network

Mogilev Informational Network (MIN) is a result of forming of partner's relations among a row of the most active NGO of the region. The USIS and NED took part in formation of the MIN.

Performers of the Project were supposed to search, gather and spread the information, and as the Project purpose - the formation of the single informational space of the Third Sector of Mogilev region. As a result of the initial purpose during the Project realization the following task has arisen before the performers: establishment of partner's relations and support to as many as possible social unions and initiations.

Aspiration to the most fruitfulness of the Project made an effective location of the Supporting Informational Points of the MIN - Regional Informational Centers. That is why, there was made an analyses of the social activity's database of the region. During selection of responsible persons for the project realization there was used a principle of a personal responsibility. In addition to their organizational responsibility, representatives of organizations, who were taken as partners on the Project, have had a personal responsibility for the work of Supporting Informational Points.

Participation of leaders and activists of local NGO in the Project, who were involved in the sphere of the Project, helped in the increase of their professional level.

Efficiency of the Project, in significant degree depended on the participation of leaders of the Regional Informational Centers in the Rada (Council) of the Project. Discussion of problems, share of opinions and obtained experience, friendship criticism, search of way out by the joint efforts - are the efficient instruments of the project realization.

Development of partner's attitudes among the Project performers stimulated the joint projects; realization of them brought new relations, new possibilities.

The necessity of each regional center to issue its own informational product were pushing to the forming of its own net of correspondents. The Project helped in the computer's mastering of dozens members of the NGO, a great number of activists mastered the editorial programs, e-mail and Internet.

The very essential obtain is the change of the population's attitude to the activity of local initiations. The social orientation of their activity helps in this.
