The city of Berasce is the location for 4 higher educational establishments, 4 vocational and 12 technical schools. Resource centers services are there for 10 NGOs and a bulletin. Center's activities cover Berasce voblast youth initiatives.

Objective: forming a civil community in the independent Belarus via furtherance of more active involvement of Berasce region population into social life and guided by the principles of humanism, freedom and democracy.
Currently being administered is the "Legal clinic" program-practical training of law students via rendering of free legal assistance to socially insecure citizens and other social groups.
Specialized round tables are being held which results in setting up new organizations and coordinative groups.
Meetings with activists of foundations and groups from Poland, the U.S. and Slovakia are organized to promote the dialogue between members of Belarus NGOs and foreign governments and associations.
